1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
2. Shipping Our products are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse. We are committed to delivering your order as fast as possible. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your order every step of the way.
3. Shipping Costs
- Luxembourg: €9.70
- International: €10.00
4. Order Tracking Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
5. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at absorbitnowavailable@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Absorbit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
